PREVENTION OF BLINDNESS AND OTHER PREVENTABLE DISEASES IN INFANTS

39-911. Violations -- Penalty. Any person who violates the provisions of this act or rules promulgated by the state board of health and welfare thereunder, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
