DISINCORPORATION PROCEDURE
50-2203. Canvass of vote. [effective until january 1, 2011] The vote at such election shall be taken, canvassed and returned in the same manner as in other elections. Such governing body of the city or county, as the case may be, shall meet on the Monday next succeeding the day of such election and proceed to canvass the votes cast thereat.
