50-441. Procedure for correction of ballots after printing. [effective until january 1, 2011] When any candidate withdraws after the printing of the ballots the city clerk will if time permits, cross the name off the ballot, otherwise the elections clerk responsible for distributing the ballots shall cross the name of such candidate off the ballot, and no votes shall be cast for the candidates [candidate].
