IDAHO REAL ESTATE LICENSE LAW

54-2011. Types of licenses. The commission may issue a primary Idaho real estate license to any individual, sole proprietorship or legal business entity in accordance with the requirements of this chapter. An individual may be licensed as a real estate salesperson, an associate broker or a designated broker acting for a sole proprietorship or legal business entity.
