    Sec. 999‑5. Effective date. This Act takes effect March 1, 2010, except that Sections 90‑25, 90‑90, and 90‑95 take effect March 1, 2012 and Sections 90‑33, 90‑57, 90‑92, and 999‑5 take effect upon becoming law.
