Article 290 - Severability
(60 ILCS 1/290‑5) Sec. 290‑5. Severability. If any Sec., paragraph, clause, or provision of this Code is held invalid, the invalidity of that Section, paragraph, clause, or provision shall not affect any other provision of this Code. (Source: Laws 1945, p. 1735; P.A. 88‑62.) |
