Chapter 14. Reclamation Division Fund

"Fund" defined
Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "fund" refers to the natural
resources reclamation division fund established by this chapter.

Purpose
Sec. 2. The natural resources reclamation division fund is
established to receive money for the administration of this article.
The money in the fund is appropriated for the purposes expressed
under this article.

Fund administration
Sec. 3. The department shall administer the fund.

Investments
Sec. 4. The treasurer of state shall invest the money in the fund
not currently needed to meet the obligations of the fund in the same
manner as other public money may be invested. Interest that accrues
from these investments shall be deposited in the fund.

Money not reverting to state general fund
Sec. 5. Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does not
revert to the state general fund.
