Chapter 20.5. Registration in Unemployment Compensation

Unemployment compensation office as voter registration office
Sec. 1. Each office of the department of employment and training
services that provides assistance or services concerning
unemployment compensation is designated as a voter registration
office under 42 U.S.C. 1973gg-5.

Filing and submission of implementation plan
Sec. 2. Except as provided in this chapter, an office described by
section 1 of this chapter shall accept and process voter registration
applications as provided in IC 3-7-18.

Governing body
Sec. 3. For purposes of this chapter, the executive director of the
department of employment and training services is the "governing
body" under IC 3-7-18.
