Rights of Wabash and Erie Canal lands owners
Sec. 1. This title does not in any way affect the rights of any
purchaser in good faith, for a valuable consideration without actual
notice, or the rights of any owner of any portion of the class of lands
described in IC 34-1-18-1 before its repeal in 1989.
