28G.6 - ANNUAL REPORT.

        28G.6  ANNUAL REPORT.
         A legal entity created pursuant to chapter 28E and operating under
      this chapter shall report annually to the department of natural
      resources.  The report shall include information on permits, licenses
      or franchises granted by the legal entity, contracts entered into,
      and other information requested by the environmental protection
      commission.
