29A.70 - IMMUNITY AND EXEMPTION.

        29A.70  IMMUNITY AND EXEMPTION.
         The provisions of this chapter relating to immunity from suit and
      exemption from personal liability of members of the national guard
      shall apply to members of the Iowa state guard.
