12C.12 - SERVICE CHARGE BY DEPOSITORY.

        12C.12  SERVICE CHARGE BY DEPOSITORY.
         A depository may make reasonable service charges with respect to
      the handling of public funds, but the service charges shall not be
      greater than the depository customarily requires from other
      depositors for similar services.
