8D.10 - REPORT OF SAVINGS BY STATE AGENCIES.

        8D.10  REPORT OF SAVINGS BY STATE AGENCIES.
         A state agency which is a part of the network shall annually
      provide a written report to the general assembly certifying the
      identified savings associated with the state agency's use of the
      network.  The report shall be delivered on or before January 15 for
      the previous fiscal year of the state agency.
