455B.382 - ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCY.

        455B.382  ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCY.         The department shall be the agency of the state to prevent, abate,      and control the exposure of the citizens of the state to hazardous      conditions as defined in this part 4 of division IV.
