465C.5 - ORGANIZATION.

        465C.5  ORGANIZATION.         The board shall organize annually by the election of a      chairperson.  The board shall meet annually and at such other times      as it deems necessary.  Meetings may be called by the chairperson,      and shall be called by the chairperson on the request of three      members of the board.
