466A.1 DEFINITIONS. As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. "Board" means the watershed improvement review board as established in section 466A.3. 2. "Committee" means a local watershed improvement committee as provided in section 466A.4. 3. "Division" means the division of soil conservation within the department of agriculture and land stewardship as established in section 161A.4. 4. "Fund" means the watershed improvement fund as created pursuant to section 466A.2.
