468.19 - WAIVER OF OBJECTIONS AND DAMAGES.
468.19 WAIVER OF OBJECTIONS AND DAMAGES. Any person, company, or corporation failing to file any claim for damages or objections to the establishment of the district at or before the time fixed for said hearing, except claims for land required for right of way, or for settling basins, shall be held to have waived all objections and claims for damages.
