476A.28 - PUBLIC BONDS OR OBLIGATIONS TO BE NEGOTIABLE.

        476A.28  PUBLIC BONDS OR OBLIGATIONS TO BE      NEGOTIABLE.         All public bonds or obligations of an electric power agency shall      be negotiable within the meaning and for all of the purposes of the      uniform commercial code, chapter 554, subject only to the      registration requirement of section 76.10.
