479.22 RECORDS. The board shall keep a record of all permits granted and issued by it, showing when and to whom issued and the location and route of said pipeline or lines or gas storage area covered thereby. When any transfer of such permit has been made as provided in this chapter the said board shall also note upon its record the date of such transfer and the name and address of such transferee.
