483A.20 RECIPROCITY. Licenses for bait dealers or for fishing, hunting, or fur harvesting shall not be issued to residents of states that do not sell similar licenses or certificates to residents of Iowa. However, this requirement is not applicable to the licensing of nonresident wholesale bait dealers who sell to licensed wholesale bait dealers in Iowa for resale.
