639.24 - PROPERTY IN POSSESSION OF ANOTHER.

        639.24  PROPERTY IN POSSESSION OF ANOTHER.         Property of defendant in possession of another, and of which      defendant is entitled to the immediate possession, may be seized      under attachment by taking possession thereof, in the same manner as      though found in the defendant's possession.
