643.5 WRIT ISSUED. Upon direction of the court after notice and opportunity for such hearing as it may prescribe, the clerk shall issue a writ under the clerk's hand, and the seal of the court, directed to the proper officer, requiring the officer to take the property therein described and deliver it to the plaintiff.
