646.1 - ORDINARY PROCEEDINGS -- JOINDER -- COUNTERCLAIM.

        646.1  ORDINARY PROCEEDINGS -- JOINDER --      COUNTERCLAIM.         Actions for the recovery of real property shall be by ordinary      proceedings, and there shall be no joinder and no counterclaim      therein, except of like proceedings, and as provided in this chapter.
