663.23 - ARREST OF DEFENDANT.

        663.23  ARREST OF DEFENDANT.         If the evidence is sufficient to justify the arrest of the      defendant for a criminal offense committed in connection with the      illegal detention of the plaintiff, the order must also direct the      arrest of the defendant.
