681.2 HOW MADE. Every such assignment shall be by an instrument in writing, setting forth the name of the assignor, the assignor's residence and business, the name of the assignee and the assignee's residence and business, and, in a general way, the property assigned and its location, and the purpose of the assignment.Section History: Early Form
