        49.50  ENDORSEMENT AND DELIVERY OF BALLOTS.
         Ballots on such public measures shall be endorsed and given to
      each voter by the precinct election officials, as in case of ballots
      generally, and shall be subject to all other laws governing ballots
      for candidates, so far as the same shall be applicable.
