53.37A - STATE COMMISSIONER DUTIES.

        53.37A  STATE COMMISSIONER DUTIES.
         The state commissioner of elections shall provide information
      regarding voter registration procedures and absentee ballot
      procedures to be used by members of the armed forces of the United
      States.  The state commissioner shall accept valid voter registration
      applications and absentee ballot applications and shall forward the
      applications to the appropriate county commissioner of elections in a
      timely manner.
