70A.37 - COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS.

        70A.37  COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS.
         Administrative rules adopted by the director of the department of
      administrative services pursuant to this chapter shall not supersede
      provisions of collective bargaining agreements negotiated under
      chapter 20.
