73A.17 - UNPAID REVENUE BONDS -- EFFECT.

        73A.17  UNPAID REVENUE BONDS -- EFFECT.
         It shall be lawful for any municipality to issue revenue bonds,
      the principal and interest of which are to be paid solely from
      revenue derived from the operations of the project for which such
      bonds are issued, notwithstanding that there are other revenue bonds
      remaining unpaid which have not matured, provided payment of
      principal and interest of such other revenue bonds is not impaired
      thereby.
