99B.16 - FAILURE TO MAINTAIN OR SUBMIT RECORDS.

        99B.16  FAILURE TO MAINTAIN OR SUBMIT RECORDS.
         A licensee who willfully fails to maintain the records when
      required by section 99B.2, or who willfully fails to submit records
      when required by that section commits a serious misdemeanor.
