        99G.6  POWER TO ADMINISTER OATHS AND TAKE TESTIMONY --
      SUBPOENA.
         The chief executive officer or the chief executive officer's
      designee if authorized to conduct an inquiry, investigation, or
      hearing under this chapter may administer oaths and take testimony
      under oath relative to the matter of inquiry, investigation, or
      hearing.  At a hearing ordered by the chief executive officer, the
      chief executive officer or the designee may subpoena witnesses and
      require the production of records, paper, or documents pertinent to
      the hearing.
