        100C.7  ADMINISTRATION -- RULES.
         The state fire marshal shall administer this chapter and, after
      consultation with the fire extinguishing system contractors and alarm
      systems advisory board, shall adopt rules pursuant to chapter 17A
      necessary for the administration and enforcement of this chapter.
