101.23 - STATE FIRE MARSHAL REPORTING RULES.

        101.23  STATE FIRE MARSHAL REPORTING RULES.
         The state fire marshal shall adopt rules pursuant to chapter 17A
      relating to reporting requirements necessary to enable the state fire
      marshal to maintain an accurate inventory of aboveground petroleum
      storage tanks.
