104A.5 - BUILDINGS IN PROCESS OF CONSTRUCTION.

        104A.5  BUILDINGS IN PROCESS OF CONSTRUCTION.
         The standards and specifications set forth in this chapter shall
      be adhered to in those buildings and facilities under construction on
      July 4, 1965, unless the authority responsible for the construction
      shall determine the construction has reached a state where compliance
      will result in a substantial increase in cost or delay in
      construction.
