123.116 RIGHT TO RECEIVE LIQUORS.
The consignee of intoxicating liquors shall, on demand of the
carrier transporting such liquors, furnish the carrier, at the place
of delivery, with legal proof of the consignee's legal right to
receive such liquors at the time of delivery, and until such proof is
furnished the carrier shall be under no legal obligation to make
delivery nor be liable for failure to deliver. Section History: Early Form
