        123.179  PERMIT FEES.
         1.  The annual permit fee for a class "A" wine permit is seven
      hundred fifty dollars.
         2.  The annual permit fee for a class "B" wine permit is five
      hundred dollars.
         3.  The annual permit fee for a class "B" native wine permit is
      twenty-five dollars.
         4.  The annual permit fee for a class "C" native wine permit is
      twenty-five dollars.
