126.8 - MINOR VIOLATIONS.

        126.8  MINOR VIOLATIONS.
         This chapter does not require the board to report minor violations
      for prosecution, or for the institution of proceedings under this
      chapter, if the board believes that the public interest will be
      adequately served in the circumstances by a suitable written notice
      or warning.
