135.68 - STATUS REPORTS ON REVIEW IN PROGRESS.

        135.68  STATUS REPORTS ON REVIEW IN PROGRESS.
         While formal review of an application for a certificate of need is
      in progress, the department shall upon request inform any affected
      person of the status of the review, any findings which have been made
      in the course of the review, and any other appropriate information
      concerning the review.
