135B.30 - RADIOLOGY AND PATHOLOGY FEES.

        135B.30  RADIOLOGY AND PATHOLOGY FEES.
         Fees for radiology and pathology services must be paid for as
      medical and not hospital services.  In all cases where payment is to
      be made by a corporation organized pursuant to chapter 514, payment
      for radiology and pathology services shall be made by a medical
      service corporation and not by a hospital service corporation.
