137F.13 - WATER AND WASTE TREATMENT.

        137F.13  WATER AND WASTE TREATMENT.
         If a food establishment or food processing plant is served by
      privately owned water or waste treatment facilities, those facilities
      shall meet the technical requirements of the local board of health
      and the department of natural resources.
