138.5 - REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF PERMIT.

        138.5  REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF PERMIT.
         If the holder of any permit under the provisions of this chapter
      fails to maintain and operate a migrant labor camp in accordance with
      the provisions of this chapter and the rules of the department
      relating thereto, the director shall revoke or suspend the permit for
      the operation and maintenance of such camp.
