144.41 - AMENDING LOCAL RECORDS.

        144.41  AMENDING LOCAL RECORDS.
         When a certificate is amended under sections 144.38 to 144.40 the
      state registrar shall report the amendment to the custodian of any
      permanent local records and such records shall be amended
      accordingly.
