148.2B - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.

        148.2B  EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.
         The salary of the executive director of the board shall be
      established by the governor with approval of the executive council
      pursuant to section 8A.413, subsection 3, under the pay plan for
      exempt positions in the executive branch of government.
