        148B.7  BOARD OF PHYSICAL AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY --
      POWERS AND DUTIES.
         The board shall adopt rules relating to professional conduct to
      carry out the policy of this chapter, including but not limited to
      rules relating to professional licensing and to the establishment of
      ethical standards of practice for persons holding a license to
      practice occupational therapy in this state.
