152B.10 - LIABILITY.

        152B.10  LIABILITY.
         A respiratory care practitioner who in good faith renders
      emergency care at the scene of an emergency is not liable for civil
      damages as a result of acts or omissions by the person rendering the
      emergency care.  This section does not grant immunity from liability
      for civil damages when the respiratory care practitioner is grossly
      negligent.
