153.35 - CONSTRUCTION RULE.

        153.35  CONSTRUCTION RULE.
         This chapter shall be deemed to be passed in the interest of the
      public health, safety and welfare of the people of this state, and
      its provisions shall be liberally construed to carry out its object
      and purposes.
