158.12 - LICENSE SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION.

        158.12  LICENSE SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION.
         Any license issued by the department under the provisions of this
      chapter may be suspended, revoked, or renewal denied by the board for
      violation of any provision of chapter 157 or this chapter or rules
      promulgated by the board under the provisions of chapter 17A.
