159.17 - INTERFERENCE WITH DEPARTMENT.

        159.17  INTERFERENCE WITH DEPARTMENT.
         Any person resisting or interfering with the department, its
      employees or authorized agents, in the discharge of any duty imposed
      by law shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
