159.6A - CONTRIBUTIONS.

        159.6A  CONTRIBUTIONS.
         The department may accept contributions, including gifts and
      grants, in order to carry out and administer the provisions of this
      chapter and chapter 460, subchapter III.  The department shall
      maintain an itemized accounting of the contributions.  At the end of
      each fiscal year, the department shall prepare a list recognizing
      private contributors.
