161.5 - REMEDIATION STANDARDS.

        161.5  REMEDIATION STANDARDS.
         Remediation conducted pursuant to a plan of remediation
      incorporated within a remediation agreement as required in section
      161.8 shall be performed according to standards adopted by the
      department of natural resources pursuant to section 455B.601.
